This month students from Vi\u00f1a del Mar received their diplomas certifying their level of English as measured by the University of Cambridge by taking the exams required in the middle of the year.
The students were certified at levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and the highest level, C1, which was achieved by student Ignacio Vidal. Level C1 corresponds to users who demonstrate an advanced level of language proficiency, i.e. who are capable of complex work and study tasks.
The ceremony was attended by our Rector, Claudia Bruno; Gabriel Hern\u00e1ndez, Academic Coordinator of the Instituto Chileno Brit\u00e1nico de Cultura; Paula Aguilera, Head of Teaching and Director (s) of the Vi\u00f1a del Mar Campus; Cynthia Vera, Head of the English Department of both campuses; Irene Araya, Head Teacher of IVM D; and teachers Catalina Inostroza and Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Cabrera.
We would like to highlight the great work done by the English Department to motivate, teach and open new opportunities for our students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
