In a solemn ceremony yesterday, October 24, 106 students from 12th Grade received their English certification diplomas from the University of Cambridge, as our school is one of the two educational establishments in the region that certifies more than 100 students each year as Preparation Centre.
The activity was attended by the School Principal, Claudia Bruno, the Academic Coordinator of the Chilean-British Institute of Culture, the school’s management team, the English Department, led by the teacher Cynthia Vera and the parents.
On the occasion was highlighted the student Francisca Riffo, who obtained the highest result in the exam, that is C1 (Advanced English) and received a special award from the representative entity of the University of Cambridge in Chile.
We congratulate all the students for this significant achievement that will open doors for them in the academic, professional and life fields, as well as all the English teachers for having worked throughout the year with the students, both in content and motivation to achieve good results.
