This month students from Viña del Mar received their diplomas certifying their level of English as measured by the University of Cambridge by taking the exams required in the middle of the year.
The students were certified at levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and the highest level, C1, which was achieved by student Ignacio Vidal. Level C1 corresponds to users who demonstrate an advanced level of language proficiency, i.e. who are capable of complex work and study tasks.
The ceremony was attended by our Rector, Claudia Bruno; Gabriel Hernández, Academic Coordinator of the Instituto Chileno Británico de Cultura; Paula Aguilera, Head of Teaching and Director (s) of the Viña del Mar Campus; Cynthia Vera, Head of the English Department of both campuses; Irene Araya, Head Teacher of IVM D; and teachers Catalina Inostroza and María José Cabrera.
